At Room for Living we believe that there are no rules to kitchen design: it is your kitchen! However, to maximise the potential for your new kitchen our qualified designers will take you through an in-depth design consultation where we will create a 3D plan of your new kitchen.
The principal activity zones in the kitchen are generally recognised as being - food preparation, cooking and serving, and washing up. Each activity zone needs to include the worktop(s) and appliances required for that activity, also the zone will require the storage space for the utensils, ingredients etc. required for it. During the design consultation process we will provide advice on practical issues such as the positioning of appliances and the selection of units which will maximise the practical use of your kitchen.
Our services also include the complete installation of your chosen kitchen. In most cases this will involve the removal of old units and appliances, and then the installation of your new kitchen based around the agreed design.
